Safety Barriers | Conditions Assessment
RSA was tasked with providing Council with a conditions report on a large number of safety barriers. The assessment was to provide Council information on the barriers that was: part-physical; part-design / first-principles; and part-compliance.
The audit team investigated available literature / guides for safety hardware conditions inspections (assessing the ‘physical’ aspect of barriers) and generated a suitable methodology for the project.
The audit team undertook internal specialised training to prepare for this large endeavour, including critical personal safety training.
Findings were delivered via spreadsheets, Powerpoint presentations, meetings, and summary tables.
